Cringe Dance is a free plugin for your master bus. A low-poly guy dances to your track right in the plugin window.

This is not a random dance loop. The plugin runs a real-time analyser on whatever you send it and the guy reacts to your arrangement, live.
- Loudness: how hard he goes
- Peaks: his eyes go wide
- Bass energy around 90 Hz: the groove switch
- Kick onsets: he nods on your kick, hi-hats barely move him
- Build-up detection: kick drops out, highs keep running, hands go up
- The drop itself: bass returns after a build and he loses it on cue

One click pops him out of the plugin editor into a borderless, transparent, always-on-top desktop sticker: no dancefloor, no chrome, just the guy dancing over your DAW. Close the plugin window and he keeps going. He only leaves when you tell him to.
Why this exists
Writing a build-up is lonely work. You loop the same 8 bars for an hour and slowly stop hearing them. He does not. He waits for your drop with his hands in the air every single time like it is New Year, and when the bass lands, checking the low end suddenly has a hype man. Your breakdowns, risers and drops just hit different with a witness.
